merge multiple files

hi, how do i mux many .mp4 video files with 2 external audio and srt with a batch or powershell?

the audio tracks have both languages ​​by default and i would like only one of the 2 to be default.

not all mp4s have audio in the right place

video 1. audio 1: fr , audio 2: eng

video 2. audio 1: eng, audio 2: fr

in short, in many cases they are reversed. so I can't tell mkvmerge to take the first audio track and set it to default. I would like to set the default language to French

the problem is that by rimuxing i can't tell mkvmerge or ffmpeg to default to french audio. especially if each video is in different locations.
