FFMPEG; how to get GPU accelerated nlmeans work

This is my current filter chain (converting VOB to MP4)

-filter:v "hwupload_cuda,yadif_cuda=0:0:0,scale_cuda=960:720:interp_algo=lanczos,hwdownload,pad=ih*16/9:ih:(ow-iw)/2:(oh-ih)/2"

I cant figure out how to get GPU denoise/nlmens to work without error.

Does anyone have a working example?

Kind poster, that article refers to using CPU NLMEANS filter, not GPU. Thank you.

My main obstetrical right now appears to be finding a compiled win64 binary that includes OpenCL NLMEANS filter.
