How to decode file compressed with 7z and base64?

Not sure whether it helps, but last time I needed to do this I used py7zr (https://github.com/miurahr/py7zr#sevenzipfile-class-usage).

using py7zr i found out that it is actually an xz file and not a 7z, that's why py7zr doesn't work.
