Ok i was told by Tbear to use toolame with Tmpceng but I can't dowload it...the site is down...

Now I have an mpeg movie(monster inc) with the a background hum and when at peak action it makes a sharp sound so not really enjoyable to watch. Anyone can tell me how to solve this probloem? Details and steps appreciated!
