Quick question:
If I were to convert a 25 fps Pal Svcd to a 29.97 fps Ntsc Vcd would the audio be outta sync? If so should i convert it to 23 fps instead? Or are there other solutions?

edit: I guess I was reading too fast...I just noticed PAL SVCD-->NTSC VCD
you could try making it a PAL SVCD with VCD headers...search the forum for that--still might be able to play with no problem
