I have NUC in my living room:

Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 (Coffee Lake-U GT3e 28W)
Intel Core i5-8259u

The computer played all types of movies including 4K smoothly without a problem until 10-bit HDR with x265 encoding arrived.
Even when I enabled hardware coding - DXVA2 (copy) The movie played more smoothly, but it was still rattled.
Which NUC and processor should I purchase to watch films smoothly?
