  1. My Dvd player doesnt play svcds without putting a vcd header on them. So I use that trick where you use tmpgenc to put that header in front of the movie and it plays them fine.(trick is here-www.geocities.com/newestmoviesencode/dvdvcd)
On two of the movies that I have been trying to multiplex, it only goes part way thru the mpeg before quitting and saying that it is complete. The mpeg that it produces is a lot smaller than the original. Does anyone know how i can fix this???Please Help-Thanks

Would using DVD2AVI help before you bring the files into TMPGEnc?

  3. It sounds like there is an error in your mpg file that makes TMPGEnc stop. Try running the mpg file thru VCDGear or some similar programme that fixes mpg files.
