    Only works with Canada, no login required
    https://www.citytv.com/video/live/ (when grabbing manifest, change mpd-time-cmaf to mpd-time-csf in url if applicable)

    I've tried downloading with ffmpeg, but it stops after ~5 minutes and gives me the error "Non-monotonous DTS in output stream 0:0". If I restart the command, it starts working again.
    I already have the key.

    N_m3u8DL-RE is great for livestreams.

    This will give you a 10 minute recording:
