Assuming you are on Debian 11 (Bullseye), see: https://debian.pkgs.org/11/multimedia-main-amd64/avisynth+_3.7.0-dmo4_amd64.deb.html
But note, this is only Avisynth, you are still missing all the external filters with this, so this is only a start.

I've never used it, but Vapoursynth is supposed to be Avisynth for Linux https://www.vapoursynth.com/

Afaik, there is no one offering precompiled Avisynth filters for Debian systems. (only filter I saw was ffms2)
So if you want to use Avisynth on Linux, be aware that:
a. you will need to compile most of the filters yourself
b. some of the filters are closed source so you can't compile them
c. some of the filters will not compile on Linux since there code as it is atm. only supports Windows
-> if you have no experience with compiling stuff, forget using Avisynth natively on Linux atm.
If you have to use Avisynth on Linux, your best (in my experience unstable) option is to use Wine and your Windows Avisynth tools.

I run avisynth 32bit in wine on debian bookworm no problem. Also hcenc, avspmod tmpeg 2.5, dgindex etc no problem. Just setup wine then run the avisynth installer. The plugins folder will be /home/(username)/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/avisynth/plugins
The debian wiki has how to setup wine and enable 32bit. If you just want avisynth piped to a native Linux enoder like ffmpeg avs2yuv works as well.
Also used it on debian Jessie, and bullseye no problemif all else fails read the manual
