Salut!
I got the following problem: I want to make a VCD out of a DivX file. I have a DivX File with a framerate of 23,976. I used VirtualDub for the audio and then encoded it with TEMPGenc (like it is described on the mainpage...). But when I switch the Framerate to 25Fps the mpeg file got little "stops". I tried to encoded the file with only 23,976Fps but my DVD-Player can't handle it (there is just a black and white screen and the CD won't start). Does anybody understand my problem and knows how to solve it??? Please help me, this had cost me my whole day argh!!!
