  1. Hi All

I often work away off shore with no internet access. I use the website gracieuniveristy.com for some training videos. THese are streamed and not downloadable from what I can tell.

I use a Mac and I’ve previous used a programme called Total Video downloader which pulled the videos off and worked great and i could watch them on my phone etc. Now when I download the videos with that same programme - the picture downloads totally fine but there is no audio. I”ve tired multiple similar programmes including WHaledown, Videoduke etc and I just can’t seem to get it work.

The videos look like they are on a Brightcover player on the website if that makes any difference and obviously normally I need to log in to watch them.

Can someone help me with this before i next go away? I’m not a total newbie - was able to get the bright cover info and url etc - but I’m by no means knowledgeable on this

Is it something to do with my actual computer

    Thanks
    A

  2. I checked out some of their free lessons, and there is seemingly no protection whatsoever. I downloaded a couple of videos without any issues. I don't know about the tools you've been using, but Stream Detector browser extension + yt-dlp will get the job done.
