Getting 403 forbidden on m3u8

it's not this specific video im interested in just the process of downloading it. These videos are accessed for free with a login

I know I need headers etc. but I can't get it to work because the header value has a bunch of quotation marks which messes it up for yt-dlp and other programs alike

re-tried with your commands and with a working m3u8, not working for me :/

You can also try with hlsdl or streamlink....always with the help of streamdetector Addon to find the good command.

similar issues, could download with a web extention, but since the m3u8 url expires after three minutes its not able to finish. With my regular speeds would deffo be able to though. It's 100% a headers issue

In the response tab to the "getmanifest-hls/xxxxxx.m3u8", you'll find links to various variants. Those will work.

it tried to download this video using NordVPN and many apps and download speed is always very slow takes many many hours to download it

UPDATE: Was able to get it to work just by using refferer, user agent as "AppleCoreMedia/1.0.0.20E5212f (iPhone; U; CPU OS 16_4 like Mac OS X; en_us)"
Captured this with fiddler, via iphone set up with fiddler proxy
