    I've been using this program on my Win7 x64 machine with no problem for several years.

    For some reason, though, the latest version throws this error message. Version 3.50, which I still have installed, still works fine.

    Does anyone have a suggestion to resolve the issue?

    I don't believe GetPackageFamilyName is available in Windows 7. Better use an older version or update your PC

    Hmmm, I've just tried the varieties of 3.51, and it causes the same error.

    I'll have to try the new one on one of my Win10 machines.

    Yes, it works fine on my Win 10 machines.
