Little question though, how do you know some letter should be uppercase? When I use the network view in my browser, these were shown as lowercase.

It seems like the program expect to find an already existing object to complete. Should I create an empty file or something like that ?

That's because Windows' cmd doesn't like single quotes, use double quotes instead or remove them entirely (since they're not needed in this case):
