Cropping is not working in VidCoder

I input video file. I have the resolution I want. I have the audio settings I want. I have the cropping ready to go. But the finished output file is not cropped at all. What gives ?

The width & height are 1920 / 1080. Anamorphic; None - Scaling Algorithm: Bicupic & Keep Aspect Ratio is unchecked

According to your settings nothing is cropped,you need to set the cropping in encoding settings.

The source video has black bars on top & bottom. In cropping I have the top & bottom set up to crop the videos. Nothing is getting cropped in the converted videos. Not sure what else can be set ?

Have you set the cropping to automatic?If you did then the black bars should be removed and you will see in the output size as 1920x960 depending on the border size.
