Hi There:
Is it better to export your video out of QuickTime as a Toast Ready VCD file or save your file as a self contained movie (I Assume That's What You Do Once You've Synced Your Video And Audio) and drop that into the Toast window and let it convert it for you??
Or does it matter (i.e. Do They Both Use The Same Conversion/Compression Drivers Anyway)

toast won't do wav, so using mpg file instead of m2v file gets round that?
