  1. Whilst using the Help file, I vainly tried to figure out how to extract subtitles from a .TS file.

Also found a Youtube video, but it did not work out for me. The poster of the video got a TS-Doctor pop-up, showing that the subtitles were extracted, but none with me.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

  2. Okay, but ehm.. TS-Doctor manual says

    "Extract Teletext subtitles (srt format)
If requested, TS-Doctor can convert the found teletext subtitles into the widely used SRT format.
An additional file with the extension .srt is created for each teletext subtitle"

    How to proceed?
When buying TS-Doctor, then I would also use its features.

BTW, in the example above, the teletext is at the bottom, the one with '888'.

  3. You don't have teletext subtitles, but dvb subtitles.
    So Ts-doctor can't extract them.

Thats not right. TS-Doctor has an OCR for DVB-subs. It mades srts when you click on "repair" TS-Stream (create a new TS-file)
    Don't search for a "demux"-button.
And in "Options" you can make some special settings.

  6. I discovered in TS-Doctor, Settings, tab [Stream Select] - option: Teletext - it was set to 'Remove'.
    Changed this to 'Keep'
    Did the cutting again.

    It looks likes this now.

But .. still unsure how to proceed within TS-Doctor.

Solved, with Subtitle Edit after opening the last version of the .ts file created with 'Teletext: Keep' in TS-Doctor.
The first try, where Teletext=Removed, no results.
