M3U8 Extraction

Does anyone know if you can run the software M3U8x on a mac using Wine (or something similar)?

Totally new to this command line and terminal world and trying to see if I can use a software in the meantime while trying to learn how to use ffmpeg and youtube-dl.

Subtitles I am trying to download (greek) to translate into english... this was one of the m3u8 links I found searching through the sources tab in developer tools - I can't remember where now. Need to use VPN unless in Greece to access.
