  1. After processing svcd and vcd files with TMPGenc when I drag them into Nero the screen comes up with the options. Abort>Ignore Standard compliance> oe Re-encode the video file. What best of the two options to use. Re-encoding takes a while.

  2. If your bitrate is higher or lower than what the standard wants you will get that message. To burn just select ignore and it will be fine. The next time you burn the first screen that comes up after you select vcd or svcd just uncheck the box that says standard compiliation.

    don't reencode!
    just pick ignore standard compliance. if your standalone will play noncompliant SVCDs, you'll have no problems. you can do this as soon as you select new SVCD...on the first tab, there is a box that says "create standard compliant CD"--uncheck that
