  1. Hey guys, I downloaded some movies, and they are just the .bin files, and I need to know where to get the .cue files or how to make them myself. Can anyone give me a link to help me or explain to me please?

If you don't know how the image was created, you can not write any .cue. A SVCD cuesheet usually looks like this
    Code:
    FILE "C:\TEST-SVCD.BIN" BINARY
      TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
        INDEX 01 00:00:00
    .......
    ......
But you don't know whether there are more tracks and subindexes, so I suggest to convert the bin to MPEG with vcdxrip and re-author the (S)VCD.
