    Hello,

I have a 97-episode TV animation series with five different audio tracks and subtitle tracks,
I want to remove all other tracks than English, but not one by one.

Is there a way to remove all tracks from episodes at once?

    Thanks in advance.

  2. If mkv output is ok, use mkvtoolnix.
If you want mantain other containers, use clever Ffmpeg-GUI.

I know how to use mkvtoolnix already with single files, but I want to batch-edit those files to remove the unwanted tracks.

I do remember a batch script was developed by ?, so you would have to do a search for batch edit MKV files script. Of course the English language track in all 97 eps would have to be the same track number ie say track 3. You can load in multiple episode in to MKVToolNix and they appear as tabs, so you just work left to right but it is simply a manual method but take a look at this to see if it suits your needs

I can load multiple files into mkvtoolnix, but all the work to remove the undesired tracks has to be done manually for all the episodes though.

The English tracks unfortunately differ from one file to another, and therein lies the rub.
Isn't there any way to determine the track by language code?

Possibly if they are correctly labelled
