Nomalize aac.

I download old movies and tv shows for old people, namely my 90 year old aunt. Most are mp3 which I have no problem with. Increasingly I get aac. How can I normalize aac to 100% and reinsert into the video file. They all have an android box.

Use clever Ffmpeg-GUI.
Load your file, click main, click encode audio stream, click go to the encoder.
Set loudnorm filter, click encode.
If done, click multiplex, the new created audiostream is shown in green, set it and all streams you want mantain, deselect all other streams an click multiplex.
Done.
