I have been using TMPGEnc to encode my AVI films to MPG and/or VCD. The films that I am convering are downloaded from the internet so there original quality maybe in question. Anyway, I follow the step by step procedures found on this web site and I get a horrible picture. When there is movement on the screen the block noise is so strong you can not see what is happening. Please any help would be great!
