mkv video, convert dts audio only on mac

is there a freeware like ff works that i can use to convert audio only on a mkv video file?

Audacity with the ffmpeg install will convert dts to ac3 or acc.

ok thanks i downloaded that and converted the audio to ac3 now how do i put that back ac3 file on the mkv video file? thanks
