Does Flask have a source range feature?

Does Flask have something like a source range feature so you can encode an SVCD in 3 seperate pieces like you can with TMPGEnc? So you don't have to cut it later

sorta - i think the way i used to do it was by bringing up the flaskmpeg player, clicking start, scrolling to the second/third starting point, clicking stop, and entering the number of seconds to encode under global options, then starting the encode...
