Trying to find the decryption key for vrtnu

I've been trying to download https://www.vrt.be/vrtnu/a-z/tournee-heritier/2022/tournee-heritier-s2022a4/ as a backup for my school.
I managed to find the .dmp link

I was able to download the video and audio files with yt-dlp or N_m3u8DL-RE but they are still encrypted.

Can someone help me with this.

Any tips / guides on how to get the correct decryption keys?

grabbed the video file with

than tried to decrypt
