I decided to give VLC a chance once again after deciding I didnt like it several years ago, and sticking with MPC-HC.
Its doing something I don't like though. For whatever reason, its cutting some of the picture off, and stretching it up and down. Have a look.

It works fine in all my other players I have tried, but I cant seem to get VLC to quit doing this to my video.
Anyone have any idea whats going on here and how I can stop this?
