  1. Hello all, I have a hopefully simple question for all the professionals here:

(How) can you start Virtualdub right away with certain Processing settings?

I tried it with a self-made batch file, but failed....

From the file menu you can save/load settings.
That's the closest you can get

    Open VirtualDub
    Create your basic settings
Save processing settings (Ctrl+S) Mine are called 'Basic.vdscript'
Save it in the same folder as the exe program

Create a shortcut (on the desktop??)
    Modify the shortcut Target: C:\VirtualDub\VirtualDub64.exe /s Basic.vdscript
A doubleclick on the shortcut will automatically load your 'Basic.vdscript' settings

Beware of using spaces in the paths. Double quotes around paths are needed if you do.
I hate spaces and use the underscore instead.

Do you know what possibly other options beside "/s" are existing?
