In After Effects is it somehow possible getting Target File Size. Like say I have a 50 minute 1080p video. How can I make this say EXACTLY 900mb ? The bitrate settings dont make exact file size possibly

The definition of bitrate is:
Code:bitrate = stream size / running time
Code:stream size = bitrate * running time

Also for most encoders 2pass encoding is needed to hit a specific file size

But as far as I am aware in After Effects there is no way to normally enter a custom bitrate like there is in most programs

Use a bitrate calculator to get the bitrate that will deliver the size you want.
