Problem with webm videos from PS5 in Wondershare Uniconvert

When I tried converter webm videos in Uniconvert. Only the audio is converted. There is no video. In preview I can't see the video too. I don't understand what is happening. Someone could help me, please?

Ran it trough vidcoder with no issues,out as h264 mkv.

The video is okay... The problem is when I try to convert or compress the video in Wondershare Uniconvert... I can't see the preview there... And when I try to, Only the audio works with no video.

I wouldn't use wondershare,much better encoders out there.

Seems to be some problem with the index, use MKVtoolnix GUI to remultiplex to an MKV, and use it for your new source.
