  1. Hoping someone can help - KMplayer 64 version been working fine for months. Updated to the latest version to get rid of the pop-up and now I cannot get any 64 version to work - including the last one. I need the 64 version as even although the other PC version works installs and works okay the colour of my 4kvids are really over saturated, almost making skin tones look orange. Could some sort of Windows 10 update screwed things up? More importantly I'm looking for any ideas that would get my KMP64 installed and working.
I've screenshot the first error that appears on install and my specs

    TIA and fingers crossed

If it can be uninstalled completely, I would try Revo Free uninstaller, scan for all remnants, select them all and delete. Restart your computer and make sure you run the installer again as administrator.
It's not important the problem be solved, only that the blame for the mistake is assigned correctly
