Whats up..
I was wondering is is possible to start encoding a
file(to VCD) with TMPEGenc..pause then continue
later from the same point as opposed to starting
all over from the beginning ?...If no does anyone
know of an encoder that supports resumes...

Yes, you can pause encoding w/ TMPGEnc.
Click on Stop, then do not confirm it. Hit No when you are ready to resume.
