When I try to open MeGUI version 2913 I get a popup error message with this window title:
.Net BroadcastEventWindows 4.0.0.0.34f5582.0: MeGUI.exe System Error
It says "The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer". I think that may be causing my problem of FFMS setting the source to an MKV instead of an MP4 resulting in a video encode that won't play. The reason I think that is that an older version of MeGUI doesn't give that error when I open MeGUI and the video encodes fine on that.
Any idea why I get that error message and how can I prevent it? I don't have a graphics card installed (don't know if not having a card installed is causing the problem)
I'm on Windows 7 64-bit SP1. I think I tried to download that file and place it in the C drive where that type of file usually goes but it didn't fix the problem.
