I currently use an Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 laptop and was going to purchase an external USB video capture card for capturing analog-based media like VHS, Laserdisc, etc.

I've decided to use a desktop-based one, mainly the ATI AIW 9800 Pro. Since I'll be needing a PC with Windows XP and an AGP-based motherboard for it, I've been looking into a system that'll be best for this. If I have to build it myself, I don't mind doing the research for this. But if there's already a make/model built for this that uses the best components, which is it?
