Plex & New Hisence TV Issue

ok, this is my issue, I have 8TB media server using plex & have done for many years, I have a Hisense 32 inch in the bedroom with no problems streaming anything I have on the server. 50-inch Samsung in the cave with no problems, I have just bought a Hisense 55U7HQTUK 55" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR ULED TV 2022 model, manufactured in June this year, the tv is fantastic but I'm finding this tv is very fussy on playback with plex, some shows I can play on anything including my laptop or PC at work, my daughter can watch anything at her home, also other people/friends have no issue from my server. any help with the tv issue would be appreciated.
the issue is it can see the program I want to watch, starts it then 2 seconds in it goes back to the program menu to start playing the program again. for instance this Chicago.PD.S10E08.480p.x264-mSD has the fault but this version Chicago.PD.S10E08.1080p.HEVC.x265-MeGusta is fine, yet all other devices play it fine.

maybe its telling you to stop watching such low quality media on a 4k tv....


can you pause the problem file while its trying to play? if so, what does it show under playback info?
