  1. Hi i was wonderinf if some one could shed some light on what the best CD brand is for a portable VCD player. I have tried imation, Verbatim and Emtec but i get bad results with them all when trying to play them through my Likko J4 discman.....

    Any anwsers on this would be gratefully apreciated..

    There has been some discussion on this same subject about the Napa portable vcd player. If you do a search for Napa, I'm sure you will find an answer for this but according to those posts the problem is with the bit rate not thecd-r that your using. I might be wrong but check it ouy

    i would go for datasafe's, my m8s sony system dosnt support cd-r's but it plays the datasafe's no problem, i sell vcd's using datasafe's and never had one complaint yet and all the vcd's sell are for dvd players.
