Any help on protecting videos from being tampered

No. Your most recent post looks like you have a flash drive that is encrypted, and all it is doing when accessing is running the appropriate, proprietary decrypter (probably the one that comes with the flash drive). Possibly it is checking to see if it needs to update itself. But otherwise NOTHING untoward. And the log info you posted only shows viewing and moving, NOTHING else. So pretty up-and-up as far as I can see. NOTHING that should lead you to think that anything was tampered with.

You need an IT technician, Have your organization or company hire one, if you are not in the position to do so let your superiors handle the situation, This is a video forum not a forensic hub, Sorry to sound harsh but I don't think anyone is understanding what the situation is nor they want to be involved in it anyway.
