    I had exported a few videos from VSDC using MOV/H.265 HEVC format. I assumed this would import into iOS (and Mac) without any issues but when I try to bring it in it says it's an incompatible file format. Why is this? I thought by selecting the Quicktime option I would avoid any issues with iOS.

    You are trying to bring it into mac and have issues with that,sounds like a mac problem.

    I wanted to use h.265 for file size reasons. Although I think I’ve figured out the issue.
    I think it is the sub codec HEV1 that is causing problems.
