Help! Thumbnails of new file are not showing after deleting temp files

Hello, I hope someone can provide me solutions for my problem.

I deleted some temporary files on my laptop cuz I wanted to free up some space and I checked on youtube that it's safe to do delete temp files.
So I did and next thing I noticed was that whatever new videos that I saved on this laptop, the thumbnails wouldn't show.
However, the files I have saved prior to the cleanup are still showing. But when I copy that same file onto another folder or drive, the thumbnails don't show.
Look here.
These are files I have had a long time ago. I copied the same files onto another folder, and the thumbnails are gone.
Also whatever new files I download will also NOT show their thumbnails.
Help please, I want the thumbnails to show.

Try using Icaros available from this site to restore thumbnails.

Click the View option in the menu bar at the top of the window. In the drop-down menu, select Extra large icons, Large icons, Medium Icons, Small icons, List, Details, Tiles, or Content to change to the view you want to see.
