Hello,
i have a video file with 30 fps and i would like to convert it to a standard BD. Tested DVDfab TSmuxer and multAVCHD so far, always with the same results. The BD has minor but noticable stuttering. :/ I'm sure it's because of the 30fps oddity, but the video is unique. So i have to work with this given file. :/
Is there any chance getting a smooth playing BD out of this?
Thanks in advance and sorry for the (maybe) bad english

Many non compliant issues:
Some BD players might play out of spec BD's - but strictly speaking it's not compliant because of 30/1 FPS, keyint 60 (2 sec GOP is allowed if buffer is <15000, but you 15616 buffer), it's "labelled" as L4.2 (L4.1 is max for BD), no --blu-ray- compat switch, and 30000/1001 progressive encoding is "illegal", it needs to be encoded as mbaff or using --fake-interlaced switch. Any or all of these can cause stuttering on a BD player
So it would need to be re-encoded with compliant settings, and retimed to 30000/1001 FPS (both audio & video)
