but there is no m3u8 or mpd

it seems to be encrypted using aes 256
i have manage to get the decryption key after some javascript debugging

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

This is a stupid site that does some weird client-side re-encoding while watching or something. Search this forum, someone else already asked about this but it wasn't figured out.

I don't think hlsdl support local m3u8. Just use nm3u8 just pass the m3u8 path.
You can't still download it because key is encrypted it will still fail -

In m3u8 its mention aes 128 but the key is 32 bytes
in hlsdl it throws error expecting 32 character key
can someone pls help me on this

can you pls share how did you achieve this ? i am not able to hit that breakpoint at line 17076 and i dont know how to use webassembly.
the key i found is 32 bytes and hls doesnt support aes 256, so pls help to decrypt the video

I'm not saying you will definitely find a solution in there, but you might get some ideas at the very least (and don't bug the authors, you'll probably just get ignored at best) -
