IDM - how to change filename before downloading?

I have a link to a video that looks like this:

So the video is downloaded with the filename sd6948fc6d6b3a00dcd06a0504ab3d1f4296b4df2726b11729 35a642a9ab9af275.mp4

I'm pretty sure there's a way to change it before downloading by putting some code to the end of the link sth like https://vwaw625.cda.pl/044VDb2LtrwWevFo4CJu2g/1665188539/sd6948fc6d6b3a00dcd06a0504ab3...a9ab9af275.mp4&finename=

Yeah, I know. I was hoping to do it only by altering the link itself not by changing the filename in the program.

lol you can't do it by changing/adding in the URL because it's auto generated.
You have to control it manually.
