Problems copying a DVD with DVDFab

When I attempt to copy a disc with DVDFab, at the beginning it tries to read the disc, but it stops and a DVDFAb window appears that says Report-Info. Why is this occurring? The DVD is the first disc of a tv series. The second disc copied without interference. I have tried to copy two discs of disc one, and I received the same result.

Is there a way to fix this?

It's almost like the copyright holders don't want you copying their discs!

Is there a way to fix this?

start dvdfab - click common settings (upper right hand corner of the dvdfab interface) - select DVD - pathplayer - disable pathplayer
restart dvdfab and retry the disc again.
