Alternative for VOBMerge available?

While i absolutely LOVE the simplicity and perfromance of VOBMerge this piece of Software seems unable to write to very large volumes (40TB for me...) due to its age.

Is there a similar alternative that can handle large volumes?

EDIT: hold your horses. This is not a size limitation but rather an UNC-Path issue. VOBmerge CAN save to network shares with a disk label like X:\ but not to \\MassiveServer\Share

The question remains though - is there an alternative?
