[SOLVED] Does a video clip downloader exist (other than clipconverter)?

Hello everyone

Is there a downloader that allows 'start & end time' clip selection of the video, at max resolution?
This would be a huge time saver, as the required clips might only be a few seconds long, from say a 40 min video.

I've been looking at reviews of downloader software; but none of them mention clip downloads.
The reviewers business is reviewing, and not creating videos, it seems.

A 5 year old video suggested clipconverter.
It is now an online version.
It offers the different resolutions, and the time stamps
... but it currently isn't working.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Solution To 'downloading video clips'

I have just now noticed that YT offers a 'clip' tool (Duh!)

Set the start and end stops in the tool, and give the clip a description.
Then save and copy the url, and paste it to your clip list.

Any URL downloader should be able to download the clip, or multiple clips in a downloading session.
