Hi,
Just trying out the get_iplayer Web PVR interface and have a question.
I see it's possible to schedule the recording of future broadcasts. Entire series etc.
What are the Windows computer requirements for get_iplayer to record a future broadcast ?
1. Can the computer be switched off - in which case get_iplayer will use the task scheduler (Windows) to wake the PC up and start a download?
2. Does the computer have to be just switched on but not logged in.
3. If you have to be logged in to the desktop, do you have to run the web PVR and click on the 'Run PVR' tab and leave it there 24/7?
If (3) then presumably if you switch the PC off, it has to be turned on within 30 days of the broadcast (and the Web PVR started) or you'll lose the download window...
The Wiki pages doesn't say (or I've missed it).
