I want to be able to make a slide show (with or without background music and voice over) on VCD. My first thought is to make the slide show in Pinnacle Studio - output that to AVI, then convert the AVI to MPEG with tMPGenc and burn it to VCD with VCDEasy....
Is this the best route to take, or is there a single software solution? According to the list, my DVD player will only work with CDRW and only at VCD quality - if that matters to this post.
I have not attempted anything beyond Studio editing and outputting to VHS tape -- I also want to edit/convert home movies that are currently on VHS and have them end up on VCD...
Thanks for the help.
Jeff

Best way to do this is with Nero 5.5 ... intead of draging mpeg files to the compilation just drag a bunch of jepeg files... but you can't add sound to this or anything...
OR... add a bunch of jpeg files in TMPGenc and use another wave as audio... but remember if you make a 25 fps you need 25 of the same picture to get one seccond... maybe not that fun!Thanx/
