Adding a specific syle -caption/subtitles

I have started on my journey on video editing and currently stuck on adding a specific style of subtitles, I cannot reproduce it or explain it, I'm sure this is an easy one for someone with experience. Can I add a link to the specific video ? it's on a well known social platform . Than You!

My above questions didn't hit the spot so I'm going to try another question, it goes like this: How to add a specific style of caption that you see on Instagram stories for 15 seconds? I ned that specific style but for videos longer than 2-3 minutes, maybe someone understands this question and can take the time and explain how to do it on Instagram or any other software, very much appreciated.

.ass subtitles can probably do it, different fonts, etc.
Look into that

Try:
Take a screenshot from the Instagram story.
Use Whats The Font to identify the font
And use it in a .ass file

Thank you for taking the time to reply, sadly I couldn't find the right one. I've attached a video showing exactly what is needed. The words in the caption appear one by one with different font not altogether. Please have a look, thanks.
