License Plate Identification

I have tried half a dozen different photo enhancers and all they do is make the plate more blurry.

I was cut off this morning and end up driving into a ditch. The driver that forced me off the road fled the scene (despite me laying on the horn). My dash camera video is blurry at the license plate.

sorry, but the police are the only ones that can work to discover the plate #. if you give them someone else's work, it's just inadmissible hearsay. photoshopping is a thing...

So you were racing up a bus lane and someone well up ahead pulled over to make a right turn not expecting you to be coming so quickly and you went off the road to avoid him with no obvious damage to your car?

What is it you want the police to do exactly?

Coming into a turn you should be slowing down, not speeding up. That person in front of you was in their right of way to get in that lane, ESPECIALLY as they expected slow traffic on the right turn lane, AND they did use their turn signal, with plenty of time for people behind WHO ARE AT A REASONABLE SPEED to slow down.

You were in the wrong. I'm glad you and your car weren't hurt, but maybe this can be a lesson to not overreact with excessive speed after having to wait. I am also glad the other person & car weren't hurt.

The video recording is a 2 edged sword. Good quality, though.

He has no idea, this is an example of utter reckless driving. Its definition. Multiple lane speed differences together with lane changes, speeding up into a turning lane/intersection, where traffic basically had stopped just seconds ago.

Dude, just imagine your girlfriend or your mom, older lady realizing that desperately needs to pee and changing their mind to get out of traffic or for some other health reasons etc. There is humans driving on the road, you have no idea what motivations folks have to suddenly changing their minds, you will do it some day too. You'll be glad you have safe driver behind you.

There were 2 lane changes by the driver, each one needing it's own separate signal. That's what I was told by my driving instructor years ago. After each lane change, assess the sutuation BEFORE attempting another lane change. And never insist on the right of way.
