    I am absolutely certain that there is a software that allows you to manually colorize video frame-by-frame, but every time I try to search for it I cant find it any more, it just gives me all that ai colorization stuff that's not what I'm looking for, could someone please help me out here

    I did a search on "colorize video frame-by-frame" and found some hits. Most were old though. (Older software offered and may not work in Win 10) Did you see those?
